Mastopexy (breast lift)

As we age, normal life events like pregnancy, nursing and even gravity can cause the skin around the breasts to lose its elasticity. As a consequence, breasts will lose their shape and firmness over time.

To counteract this and give yourself firmer and fuller breasts, plastic surgeons at UF Health perform breast lift surgery, also called mastopexy.

The privacy of our patients is extremely important to us. Therefore, ‘before and after’ photos appearing on our web site have been used with the written consent of our patients. When you visit our office for your consultation, you will be able to view a full album of before and after photos that further demonstrate our skilled work.

Please note, the photos are clinical in nature and are intended for those interested in learning more about plastic and reconstructive surgery and the types of results that can be achieved. As you view them, it is important to remember that each person’s body composition is different and everyone heals differently. Some images contain medically relevant nudity and may not be appropriate for those under age 18.
